Anyone know of a good converter for the chromecast or mibox to convert its HDMI out to and RCA out for an older tv?

Fyi I bought a mini hdmi2av from gearbest and it worked fine but usually a few min into casting (20 min?) its'll start getting weird and staticy or the signal would start messing up and things heat up at this point too
