HBO's just come to Spain today, there's only an android app but not for android tv. I tried installing HBO GO but it specifically demands an US account.
Do you know a workaround?

You need HBO Now . They claim it's supported on the Shield but Play won't let me install it. I suspect they have to update it to allow installation here.
