On the Mi Box the voice search works in spmc it does not work with Kodi. I do like the new skin on Kodi 17.
What's the difference between the apk and the launcher apk?
I installed builds form the 21st, 23rd and 25th that were nothing but trouble, nothing played. I suspect it is related to the Emby add on backend I use though. Let's see what happens.
How to enable 4k in settings? The option is grayed out. In the Amazon TV setting its in 4k, but SPMC is only 1080p.
Audio sync problem still exists with HDHomerun DVR and pass-through.
Kodi beta was just updated and the tv-centric skin is very nice and enough for me to use it over spmc.

I know it's essentially the same, but are there any real advantages of this over Kodi?
