Parsing problem means the app is not designed for your device. It can be a wrong android version, the wrong display resolution, wrong processor architecture or something like that.
In my experience problem parsing the package usually means a bad or incomplete APK file due to unfinished download or file transfer. Try redownloading or reextracting the apps you are trying to install.
Thanks for the tips guys. I downloaded a file manager and installed from a network share, and most apps worked that way. Sideloadtag isn't work right for some reason.
Really just depends on what app you're trying to install and what version of Android the app was designed for. I've found that it's hit on miss sometimes.
