Are you still updating? There have been several bugs reported and the answer has been "fixed in next update". Well, it's been months now and no fix. I'm starting to regret purchasing this item, even though I love it, because it looks like you may abandon it already.
I really hope someone from Xiaomi will see this and give some sort of update.

im getting tired with all the drama. xiaomi will update it as soon as possible iam 100% sure of that. every other product i have had of them have had and is still receiving constant software and firmware updates. i can only assume they want to jump directly to 7 and all fixes together. i overspent importing and stull iam mighty satisfied with the box.
Man, my MiBox has worked 10000000000 times better than my nexus player. NPlayer is a steaming piece of garbage, and has been since day 1 for me.
You should forward this along to Hugo Boss or whoever the guy is who is the america face for the company.

Is there a consolidated list of all the bugs on this thing? I'm thinking of getting this or the Roku Premiere or the Fire TV.
I just want to use it foe YouTube, Plex, Netflix and Amazon Video (sideload if on MiBox).

when i report firmware bugs they tell me to reset my box, uninstall of app or change my model lol, what a bunch of idiots. I guess the box will never see bugfixes
The Mi Box came out in October. It's been 2 months.
NVIDIA took about 4 months to get Marshmallow. It still doesn't have Nougat (which came out 4 months ago).
You just have to be patient. Every fix needs to go through a testing/approval process because they're not just updating a single app; they're updating the system image. Any new problem they introduce will affect 100% of users.
