I'm interested in using my Shield to watch my over the air TV, but I haven't found any solid info on the state of using USB tuners with the console.
Can anyone help me on the options available currently to connect an OTA antenna to my Shield?

Wait for android Nougat. It will have native support for some USB tuners.
I've seen a thread on XDA talking about adding a tvh server to the shield but it only seems to work with non u.s. tuners. Your best bet is to wait for the nougat update.
