I am in Canada.
I believe Google has strict requirements about Android TV preventing OEMs from reskinning it if they wish to use Google Apps. Hard telling, but I would not think it will be Android-based if it has an interface like is seen in the pictures.
One possibility is the rendering artist went overboard.
The other possibility is it has been blessed by google to have voice search integration.
If not, they've got a lawsuit coming for trademark violation.
