Even if you figured out how to do it, by the time the public found out about it any competent company would have already shut it down. We're not touching Sony, Directv/AT&T, Dish/Sling.
For USTV Now, you could grab the m3u8 links and get them in live channels with the Cumulus app but the links expire daily (I believe). It's a major pain in the ass, but it's possible. It's not worth investing the time into writing the software to automate the process, though, because it could get shut down at any minute (if it even works).
I would send a suggestion/request to the following service providers. Specially Sling TV on Sony Android TVs. That app won't connect most of the time. It just hangs at the loading screen.
