This is an interesting device. For cord cutters it seems like a great option. Having an OTA antenna and streaming device in the same box is pretty neat.
With the AirTV Player, OTA channels remain separate from your Sling TV subscription, but they’re integrated into the same channel guide, so everything’s in one place even if it’s coming from different sources.
This sounds an awful lot like Sling TV is integrated into the Live Channels app.
I ordered one, I don't want to die wondering what it would have been like to use one.
I don't mind the white box, it won't be seen often. The remote? Yeah, looks kiddie to me. I have a Harmony Smart Hub and I'll be using that with it, but the remote looks like a toy.
For $100, if it has better performance than the Mi Box that it replaces the remote won't matter.
Looks like it at least has 1 USB-A port and one Ethernet port.

What's the storage space on this? I can't find it anywhere and their reps on the phone didn't know either.
HUH?! on the website there is literally 0 info about the specs, what the hell ? how to buy if i don't know the specs LOL ? Only a terrible company can do something like this... i wonder if it's common in the USA to sell stuff without specs ? Oo https://www.airtv.net/player/
EDIT, maybe this ? https://browser.primatelabs.com/geekbench3/8166540 if it's only 1GB of ram...
That USB TV tuner looks like a Hauppauge model, similar to the XBOXONE TV tuner. Do we have any indication that support is coming for this tuner for non-airtv devices?
Will it have VUDU or is that exclusive to the Shield TV?
I'm curious what the updates will be like. Any idea who's actually making this box?
$99 with a $50 Slingtv credit is very tempting. Will wait for the reviews to see how it performs .
Does Sling have all major network local channels or would I have rely on OTA for those and live TV (such as local news)? The website seems quite limited and missing some of the major local networks.
Anyone know if this is USA only? I know Sling's subscription service is, but being able to order another device outside of the states would be sweet.
Nice, always good to have more devices. That said, I think the color scheme and remote make it look something like a toy.
