Just subscribe to a movie trailer channel in YouTube. If you have a Youtube Red account there will be no ads but you will have them otherwise.
Kodi has an add-on that connects to the official Apple Trailers website and plays all the trailers there. It's really nice.
Google Play Movies and TV has trailers for all the movies you can rent/buy through Google. There's also a channel in the Live Channels app that just plays current movie trailers.
