Sling, PSVue, DirecTVnow are all TV over IP. But for what i think you are talking about, you might want to visit r/IPTV.
Try rapidiptv but go to forum and find a reseller because you get cheaper rate and can pay by paypal... Good quality channels with good bitrate and some even in 1080p
