Have the Gen1 basic shield tv, trying to set up my plex server. I have connected a hard drive formatted expat, but I can't seem to get the shield to see any of the files.

When I go to SHIELD settings>storage I can see the hard drive, but when I go to the plex web app on my computer I can't tell the server to look for files in it. Can anybody help?

Did you setup up a new library via the web app or is this the part that is not working?
