Loving my Mi Box, but I was wondering if anyone has a solution to get more game icons on the Home screen?
I have my home menu set to re-order the most recent apps/games, but it seems that it will only keep 6 game icons at a time on the home screen.
The app row above the game row seems to keep an infinite amount. Any way to change this behavior?
I don't have games on it to test, but if you go into settings, preference and Home Screen, are you able to see all the game icons to reorganize? It would be odd to have the option to reorganize if it only shows the most recent. I'd play around with those settings.
Maybe try disabling Mibox lean back launcher and rebooting, maybe that's causing problems (mi leanback launcher is that "recommend" row on top). You can always re enable. (Settings, Device row, Apps, System Apps, select XiaomiLeanbackCustomizer, select Disable)
Also, those games, are they emulators that play in another app? Android TV wouldn't show emulators by themselves, just the app that plays them.
I'm been playing Star Wars Kotor, sometimes for over six hours non stop on the mi box. The game can't run with shadow effects enabled but it runs smoothly. Playing it with xiaomi's gamepad.
What are some games worth playing on the Mi Box? The review I read said the hardware seemed to struggle with even the most simple games.
