So I asked about any future support for android TV Devices for the Xfinity app and this is the response I got sadly :(
Has anyone tried side loading it? Just trying to see if there is a solution without Chromecasting it.

Surprised the app hasn't been hacked yet on XDA.
I guess only way is to chromecast it like old times.
Didn't they demo a fully featured app at CES on the nVidia SHIELD? Freaking snakes.
No surprise there.
What people should be pestering them about is how they are the only provider to block the use of their customer's login credentials for all the TV apps like HBOGo, Showtime and like 10 to 20 other TV networks that their customers pay for.
