Can anyone with a gen2 remote confirm if there is a physical difference between it and Gen1? Just broke mine and I'm wondering if I should wait until gen2 remotes come in Stock or just buy a Gen1 now.

Wait. Gen 2 has IR blaster. Also longer 1 year battery life.
Gen 1 : Metal, Headphone Jack, Shorter Battery Life
Gen 2 : Plastic , No Headphone Jack, 1 Year Battery Life , IR Blaster
Gen 2 doesn't have recharge or a headset jack.
