Random notification sounds on Shield TV

I'm getting random notification sounds on my Shield TV. They seem to sound like a wooden percussion instrument of some type. Has anyone else experienced this?

If so, how do I fix it?

Edit: ISSUE FIXED!

I noticed that the sound happened after every reboot when certain app recommendations would load. Notifications and recommendations on Android TV seem to be one and the same.

I used this as a tool to see what recommendations were loaded at the time the sound played.

Turns out that the NFL app was the source of the issue, and would play the sound every time the recommendation panel would update.

I will be sending the developers an email to hopefully resolve this permanently.

Hopefully this helps others looking to get rid of this very annoying issue!

thanks though, the NFL app was the app making the silly sound. every time I started it up it made the noise.

Thank you. It was very annoying. Deleted the NFL app.

Notification from Google chrome? I had the same issue but fixed it by turning off browser notifications in chrome. Maybe same issue here

Does anyone know of an app that will log notifications and that works on Android TV?

I've sideloaded a few and none work.
