So I got a Xiaomi Mi Box this week as an upgrade to my Chromecast and I'm liking it. But I have found that the Spotify app is really dodgy...
When I try to play some of my playlists it will completely skip some songs, others it will play up to a certain point and restart playback of the song up to that same point and start again... Other playlists work flawlessly.
Does anybody else have problems with the app?
It's probably not likely that it's the same issue, but I had something similar a little while ago. I was listening to music on my phone away from home and my wife was using Spotify directly on the TV, and any commands either of us did (play, pause, next/previous, etc.) happened for both of us.
Could the Mi Box app be signed in as someone who could also have been using Spotify at the same time? Maybe that person just doesn't like some songs in your playlist :)
