It didn't load for me because I already had 10 devices authorized and also hit my de-auth limit.. Called google customer care and they wiped all devices from my list.. They were very knowledgeable and patient..
This happened to me. Go to Settings -> Apps --> Google Play Music and Clear data. It should work after that.
