Turned Access Shield File on PC on, but cannot see contents of certain folder

Question

I have hundreds of GBs of movies in the Movies folder. When I go to plex, I can play any of those movies, so I know that they are there. However, when I view that folder on my mac, it says the folder size is empty and when I open the folder nothing shows up in it. Any solutions?

Same thing happens to me on Windows 10, so it's not a Mac issue for what it's worth
