SPMC add-ons for streaming on the Mibox?

by Fera6037

Particularly for sports. I have a Mibox with SPMC and I spent a decent amount of time looking at add-ins for streaming sports, rather than having to go to r/NHLstreams etc. on a laptop.. I installed SportDevil and also Pro sport and could navigate to various NHL streams, however I was getting a lot of issues with them trying to load but not doing anything or just not opening at all. Maybe one link out of the handful actually worked and it would close out after about a minute.

Has anyone been successful at easily streaming local sports games on android TV? Maybe there is a better add-in or app with an easier way?

/r/SmoothstreamsTV is solid AF. You pay. But you're paying for quality.

you can checkout /r/addons4kodi. looks like you've already tried the 2 most popular free ones though. its going to be hard to find any good reliable free sports addons, but if your willing to pay a couple bucks a month theres some good ones. Sports Access and Smooth Streams are 2 of the more popular paid addons. If your not worried about your ISP getting onto you for P2P streams or you use a VPN, you can install plexus, which will give you access to Acestream/Sopcast streams that are almost always HD. Here's a guide on that.

I use PlayStation Vue for Mi Box to get my local NHL. It's $35 a month with the rest of normal cable channels.

For SPMC, the ones I found require user name and password (aka isn't free).

Edit:

You could try Puppetmaster.tv app (in Playstore). Then for the repo, type SCRAPEY

Then on PC go to pastebin and search IPTV or NHL or something. If you find something then in the app:

On the left bar goto Scrapey

Goto and click #Pastey Icon

Goto #Pastey Settings

Goto M3U List

and enter a particular ID (For that ID you need to goto Pastebin and then search for IPTV. Click on one of them that you want to try. Now look at you address bar and the ID is the last letters and numbers after the "/". So if it was pastebin. com/aaa111aa (example, there is no such page) than the ID is "aaa111aa".)

It will put whatever channels in that list within pastebin into the Google Live Channels app. However you will have to find working ones (many streams don't work or only some within the m3u list works), and you should try to find legal streams of course :)
