I bought a brand new gen 2 shield, and I keep running into roadblocks during setup.

First time - I tried setting it up using my phone. It said, something went wrong after my phone connected. OK sure, but the box froze and I have to unplug it and start again.

Second time - after manual setup, the setup wizard crashes when it asks me to turn on location services. Box frozen again. Cool. Time to restart again.

Third time - finally get to the Shield experience update download. 1.07 GB to download. After I see the progress bar get to 1.07 GB, it says "download failed" and has to restart again from scratch.

Are you fucking kidding me?

Did anyone else have these problems?
