I'm not sure what you mean by "mapping", but if your goal is to make a drive (or folder) available on your android tv, you could share the folder from windows (making sure to enable write permissions) and then in an app like Kodi you could get access to it via the file manager option in settings, look for smb server and type in the ip address of the laptop (its best to use a static ip address for the PC so you don't need to keep doing this every time your IP gets reassigned) Also if you've got a file manager like ES while can access you LAN, you could also scan for the drive and save the short cut. this should work on any android device (i use a Mi Box)
