I installed Chrome on my Shield. Just wondering how do you control it? Do you need an external mouse and keyboard? I can't click/select anything using the remote since there's no cursor.
Also are there any apps that you can use on your phone to simulate a mouse/keyboard?
Use the right joystick... I installed the lightning browser though because chrome has now back button on android.
Use the right control stick on the gamepad as a mouse. Or plug in a mouse. There's an Android TV remote app but I'm not sure if it would be able to emulate a mouse. It's worth looking into.
Might be off topic but in non android TV optimized apps you can use the right joystick as a mouse pointer
