Anyone currently using DirecTV Now on Android TV?

If so, are you currently using the FireTV or Android version?

Have you updated the software to the latest version?

At this time, new installs do not work, due to force close (Android version), location issues (even with location enabled), or complete Error 40s (just an issue with the app).

If you are running it without issue, please share details for us fellow users.

So sad that DirecTV Now doesn't have a Android TV version. I'm hoping it comes soon!

I'd like to hope they are working on the terrible service itself than porting this crap.

I used it on a Fire TV and an Android tablet. Service is terrible. I ended up canceling after a few weeks. Currently using PS Vue and love it.

I have their 30 day trial right now that I'm using on my tablet. I won't jump through hoops to get this on my Shield TV when PlayStation Vue is working perfectly for me.
