I wouldn't call is android TV as it seems to be a desktop system which has to be used with mouse and keyboard.

It looks like Galaxy S8 will have a dock that will transform it into a full Android Desktop??? IMO it is the first Samsung AndroidTV anyway, just dock it onto your TV and enjoy glorious Samsung AndroidTV
