If you are like me you reorganize your row to how you want after I downloaded the update organized my row as normal. But if I left home and went into a app then came back to home my row would get all random again.

The fix was to go into settings home screen Apps and Game Row and set it to Sort automatically by recent usage ON. Then go to your apps and hold the select button to reorganize them and they should stick where you want them to now. Selecting the apps from the home screen will reset the apps row setting to off. For some reason it wasn't working for me changing it inside of settings manually.

Posting this just in case anyone else has this issue.
