Has anyone experienced this? Found any solutions? How do I report to NVIDIA?

My 2015 used to work reliably, sleeping when I turned off the TV (seriously, how is there no power button on the remote?). Since the update it turns off and within a few seconds turns itself right back on again, prompting the TV and receiver to turn back on as well. I have to pull the plug now otherwise it's an endless loop of off-on-off-on.
Nope, not having any issues with HDMI-CEC off and my 2015 Shield.
For support, I've successfully used NVidia's live chat for 2 RMAs: http://nvidia.custhelp.com/app/shield/
For me it's working better now.
For me it only work 5% of the time before the update.
my Nexus player works everytime.
