Hey guys. I got given a Chinese Mi Box. Problem is it is only in Chinese and the GUI looks very different from the Android TV one.
It says on the bottom it is a MDZ-16-AA if that matters at all.
Am I screwed guys? Is there any way to change the language to english and get the normal GUI?
The only legitimate source in the US for official AndroidTV MiBox MDZ-16-AB is walmart.com and thousands of local stores.

I tried reading the mi forums and they're having problems with netflix? is this true? as per netflix support they recognize the mi box
On that model MDZ-16-AA you can change the UI to use English text (mostly). It is running GITV. It does not support AndroidTV.
Google for how to change the UI language.
