If you TV supports CEC, then yes. That will have to be done through the settings of your TV, but generally you can just use your TV remote and see if it works.
All third party remotes currently do not have RR, FF, etc (Info is kinda the Menu Button, in which case Logitech harmony DOES have that button).
I know there is the possibility of additional buttons in existence and there are some smart people trying to figure it out unlabelled codes, converting them into the correct format, and then testing. If found I will send them to Logitech for them to update their database with. Logitech also has some information on the possibility of codes, so hopefully they are looking into it.
Xiaomi are idiots when it comes to remotes (the same remote for the Mi Box is used for their TVs.... It must suck to operate their tvs! Not even an input button for them, much less channel numbers). They are also currently of no help when it comes to getting the possible extra codes.
Your TV remote?
I tried my harmony remote and there are no keybinds for fast forward or reverse. So I can't bind those keys to anything.
