I am looking for an emulator that has box art style tiles to select the game I want to play and can also save favorite games to top of the list.

Been using his emulators for years now on all my Android devices. Not the greatest front end, but does have a ROM selector and very compatible with every ROM I've tried. You might be able to configure ArcBrowser to use these emulators on the backend, not quite sure. I usually just launch one of these emulators directly and then load a ROM from within the app.
Arc browser is a great emulator frontend, worth looking into. You can setup retroarch to do the emulation.
