You can try the modified Leanback version of the Xfinity TV app by aiemassfiria. It works on Android TV devices with Marshmallow as the operating system but I'm not sure about Lollipop or Nougat. https://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=70808483&postcount=22
Nope but if you get a Roku and don't mind paying 10$ extra a month you can download the app on Roku
