Is anyone able to purchase I Am Bread for AndroidTV?

I'm on shield TV and I cannot purchase on device or via Web browser.

Looks like it was not made compatible for Android TV.

I have it on my Razer Forge and it is working, no idea why it wouldn't work on a Shield.
