Maybe it's just a coincidence, but it started working right after I went to:
Settings--->Downloaded Apps--->Netflix--->Permissions
And set "storage" to on which is off by default.

It is probably worth saying what issues you were having with Netflix. For me, I've never had any noticeable issue. I'm connected to a 1080p tv, not a 4k.

i tried turning on those permissions.. but still facing some issues with netflix. :(
Why don't you just set it back to off to see if it stops working again?
