Question about Mi Box Bluetooth capabilites

by MrEgavas

I am wondering, is it possible to connect several headphones, let's say like, 4, and have audio being transmitted to these devices simultaneously?

I can't say for sure, but believe you can. The remote is Bluetooth and the gamepad is Bluetooth, so the device seems to be able to connect to multiple devices at once.

The reason I can't say for sure is that I never had anything other than the remote connected.

I have only tested with 1 set of headphones at a time.

I'm pretty sure the transmitters are limited to only one stream at a time. There are splitters that connect to the headphone jack and have their own transmitters that can handle multiple connections.

I believe you can only select one audio stream for bluetooth and not simultaneous.

Bluetooth is bluetooth mi box or phone so if your phone can play to more than one set of headphone the mibox can short answer: no

I've tested 2 different sets of Bluetooth headphones (never at the same time tho) while having my GameSir G3s controller & Xaiomi remote connected via BT & everything works fine, even while running my 2.4Ghz Rii keyboard.

EDIT: Started to wonder myself, so I went & tested it out: They both connect & appear as 'connected' in the Bluetooth menu when connected & powered on at the same time, but sound only comes out of the set most recently paired.
