voice commands not working

hi guys, I'm trying to make the voice commands work on my shield tv...

I tried to say "play blink 182" but it simply shows me some YouTube result, stuff from Wikipedia and nothing more. Ideally I'd expect it to play the artist with Google Play Music. Why isn't the case?

I tried both in my native language and in English (US) changing the voice language in the options.

Same thing happens if I try to tune to one of the channels available in Live Channels, it just shows YouTube stuff.

it's just me or am I doing something wrong?

Yea I don't think google assistant is live yet on shield

Well being a device attached to a TV Google probably expects one to want to WATCH Blink 182 play vs. bringing up the discography on screen in Play Music. At least that's what makes sense to me, I have a Google Home to play music only through its speakers.

Edit: To tune to a live channel try saying "tune to channel 804" or whatever number you want.

Go to Settings > Search > Searchable Apps > Enable Google Play Music
