Look on the right. This reddit is for the boxes listed there only. you have a standard Android box.

This isn't really the right sub, this is for devices that run Android TV and afaik mqx boxes run Android on a TV. Quite different beasts despite the similar naming. Android TV is its own OS and your mqx most likely has a modified tablet interface and not Android TV.

I've heard some of those boards and processors have a CFW of sorts but can't really help you past that.

First step would be to put it back in the box and mail it back for a refund.
