Get into the practice of doing a hard restart (at least) weekly & going into your recent app menu & clearing everything out as needed, or again, at least daily. Will do wonders for your device.

Clearing the devices cache once in awhile also never hurts. If you don't have something installed to automate that process for you already..?
I haven't rebooted mine since the last update and I don't have any Hiccups. I only use kodi tho

Query: Trying to understand their 'Logic' ?!? Who down-votes something that's been consistently proven to work on multiple devices?
Do they not know how to access the recent menu on ATV, simply not understand English or is everything factual just treated as such?
Because I see it happen often, across various subs to different people..?
Even my s7edge has a option for scheduled automatic restarts all android devices will benefit from this
