Did anyone do some testing with usb ethernet vs Wifi? I'm curious what the actual difference it gives.(could depend on location/internet provider)
Would it (theoretically) get 1.5x, 2x, 3x the speed of Wifi? Please post your thoughts thanks

No, the MI Box has a USB 2.0 port which is limited to 480 Mbps according to the spec. So if you have a strong signal to a Wifi AP that supports 802.11ac, you'll have the same or faster speeds with Wifi.
FYI it hasn't nothing to do with your ISP connection. It's the router that you need you need to look at.
Ethernet > wifi even if you have strong wifi.
480 Mbps is more than enough to play a couple 4k videos off the network and still have room for spare bandwidth. You won't get 480 Mbps exactly because it's rare for a 2.0 port to max out but you get the picture. The USB port can play any file right now and won't miss a beat.
With wifi you have to contend with interference from other devices. Bluetooth will interfere with 2.4 Ghz. 5 Ghz range is lowered.
