Hi, All of a sudden out of the blue my action menu has decided to not work. Any time within any app if I try press it , it will crash and say "action menu has stopped" In apps,running app, I cleared it's cache and force closed it then rebooted to no avail. Any help ?
Ever since they rolled out the switch to marshmallow caused a bunch of software related issues, need to make sure you do a factory data reset also make sure your Google play acct is linked up to your TV and the apps up to date-will resolve issues like leanbacklauncher has failed, atsc tuner has stopped just a bunch of weird glitches it will fix.
Days of just having a tv. Now it's an hour long process to get everything back to the way it was. Factory reset did the trick but I was obviously dreading it. Thoughts of having to do it again. Thanks.
I haven't heard about needing to do it a second time, just make sure all the apps are up to date etc and you should be fine.
My Sony x850c has also been a bag of dicks since the last update. If clearing the cache doesn't help you. Might have to factory reset.
