Me also faced once but I removed and placed batteries again and it's fine,I also did repair by long pressing home and back button it pairs again.. So I haven't had Any issue now
my mi box sometimes doesn't connect on boot. Every time this happened the battery was less than around 30%. Recharging the remote batteries seems to fixed this issue for me.
Same, I thought it was the batteries but it seems to be a minor annoyance at this point.
Same. I just remove it and repair and it doesn't happen super often so not a big inconvenience.

Mine has been doing this the past 2 weeks. No matter what I do, it still disconnects. If someone has a solution besides remove it and repair I am all ears.
fresh batteries didn’t do the trick for me. kinda annoying, I have to start the box by unplugging and re-plugging. I have disconnected and re-connected the remote several times -> every time device goes to sleep the remote is lost again
surprisingly i am experiencing the same problem. but re-pairing thankfully an easy process, so it doesnt really bother me as much (yet)
