My MiBox changes it's resolution to a vertically squeezed image occasionally. When I go to settings and check the resolution, it shows 720p. It gets corrected when I change to 4k2k again. This is happening at least once a day.
Is anyone else facing this issue?
Mines reverts to 1080i 50Hz on its own all the time as well. Hopefully Nougat fixes it.
I have this same problem, except mine keeps reverting back to 1080p after a period of idling. I've learned to accept it and go back into display settings every time I use it.
I have the same problem it keeps reverting back to 480p from 4k and i turn off cec on the tv
I have the same issue with mine reverting to 720p. The native resolution on my display is 1080p and I have the auto resolution turned off and manually select 1080p/60Hz every time but it doesn't stick. Just another problem with the shitty hardware/firmware of this box....

Turn off the auto resolution setting. Not sure the exact wording as I'm not near my boxes, but its in display settings somewhere
