I have no place for my PC atm so i'm wondering if anyone know a site that's compatible with my TV. Or if it exist an app with some animes.
I dont think kissanime worked on my Android phone so it probably wont work on the TV right?

Can you get either Crunchyroll or Funimation apps? Those are both legal services with a bunch of series. I'm actually enjoying the live action version of GTO on Crunchyroll now.

Can i cast with an iPad? The pc can only get connection by using my phones 4g, so i cant cast it.

I tried kissanime now and it actually worked! A bit hard to navigate with the touch remote tho.. But why care when im able to rewatch Evangelion.
Just hope it wont stop working, seems this site has issues every once in a while.

What Android TV device do you have? What is your current network setup?
You mentioned having Opera, and that you use 4G for your PC... there's a lot of strange shit going on here.
The simple answer (assuming you actually have an Android TV device) would be to install the Crunchyroll app which can easily be found in the limited app selection of the Play Store.
Kiss should work with cast most of the time. You can also use Kodi with 9anime, kissanime and catroons8 addons.
If you don't mind using torrents, Popcorn Time for Android TV is worth a shot.
