Get a ugreen device based on asix 88179 chipset. Should be usb3 unit.

http://www.ugreen.com.cn/product-578-en.html should work, as an example

Already made a thread on this subject. Search bar is on your right and you would have had your answer in a minute instead of days.

This adapter is still going strong after a month now. I have not needed to reboot once.

the official xiaomi usb to ethernet adaptor works, you can grab it from aliexpress or deals extreme etc

I personally own a Ugreen USB 2.0 (not 3.0) hub w/ 10/100 ethernet built-in as well as a standard China USB Ethernet adapter built for Macbook Air that works as well.

The PROBLEM is that all will lose network connectivity once the Mi Box goes to sleep after an extended period so you might want to just leave the mi box on and disable HDMI CEC power off on your HDMI chain since you can't turn off HDMI CEC on the current firmware on the Mi Box.

I bought the Ugreen Ethernet to usb (with extra ports) and a seperate power cable to keep it running. So far so good.

Dont buy the Anker one, it doesnt work with the Mi Box.

Well it is Android so theoretically anything supporting Android should work (any Plug N Play adapter should work just fine)
