Live Channels OTA

Ok this is driving me absolutely mental and i'm hoping someone can chime in.

Here's my issue. I had a channel that went down (channel 4.1 - CTV - A Canadian channel in Calgary) due to one of their transmitters being damaged. They finally had it fixed but now on Live Channels and the Hauppauge 955Q tuner, I cannot view the channel. It just stays black and "weak signal". A rescan will find the channel without any issues and PVR information shows up no problem. If I remove the antenna and have it directly to the TV, I receive the channel no problem.

I even did a signal strength test and it's the 2nd strongest channel at 75%.

Every other channel works no issues at all. I even tried a factory reset and a complete set up from scratch, to no avail.

Does anyone know why? Do the new transmitters on the towers have a different signal not supported?

Try clearing the Live Channels app data in the Settings app if you haven't already done so.

try connecting the tuner to a laptop/pc to see what quality signal it gets, should eliminate the possibility its the tuner or your house/apartment/antenna

I have a similar setup (Hauppauge 955Q/Nexus Player). It works great for almost all of my OTA channels, except for one sub-channel. For example, where I live, our CBS channel (44.1), transmits the FOX affiliate on their sub-channel (44.2). The CBS channel comes in great at 1080i, with no problems at all. But with the 955Q, and Live Channels, the sub-channel always says "Weak Signal". I've tested the tuner on my laptop, and it comes through just fine on it. I also have a HD HomeRun Connect, and that subchannel plays perfectly fine in Live channels with that too. It's only the 955Q and Live Channels app that has the problem.

If anyone who is interested, the 44.2 subchannel has the following specifications...
