The main reason I got this was for the easy voice search. However, when I search for a movie that I have in plex, there is no option to open it in plex. I have plex pass premium and have already tried resetting my nvidia shield TV.
The only options I have are "Watch trailer" "Google play" and "Vudu" I've tried everything, why the hell is the plex option not showing?
Is your Plex server on the same network? Or is it accessing it over the internet?
Which OS version are you running and which hardware? I just checked on mine now and Plex results come up. My Plex server is a separate machine on the same network.
using voice search from the launcher (home screen) and there is a plex icon, a google movie icon and a netflix icon on the movie results, but there is a problem with the names of the movies because the matching algorithm is bad (eg "II" is not detected as "2", and much more issues) so it do not work for all the movies :(, and i don't wanna rename my plex movies manually(it's a pain..). the algorithm (can we call it an algorithm?) for matching names need to be improved not sure if the problem is coming from plex or android
