Any help would be appreciated. I have a Sony 43W809C running the latest firmware etc. I was just trying out the Google Live Channels app and set up the digital channels but none of them show any info in the EPG. I have read that it could be a problem with a different app that I don't have installed (can't remember the name)

Try going into settings & clear your cache. Then, (in the Live Channels app) press menu & go into the section that lets you rescan your channel sources & do so.
