Hi all, i bought a Xiaomi Mi Box on October 22th and it came with Netflix problems. I asked for a partial refund on PayPal and they gave me a full refund, sending the device back to China(i bought it on MI. Com) before May 12th
I would like to request a partial refund keeping the device, cause i am not in USA any more and sending it from Colombia to China is expensive . Is it there a way to answer back the PayPal resolution? I havent found a way.
They used a 3rd party service in TX for returns in early stage of Mi.com operation. Check if that is still an option.
OTOH, their back room operations are so haphazard it will be forgotten.
