Which box for running 4k smoothly + media center + skype video calls?

I'm getting lost on my own here so thought I'd ask.

I'm looking for an Android TV Box which would handle the following smoothly:

  1. 4k playback @ 60hz (let's say Planet Earth II) as well as a laptop would(?). Performance is of course crucial - I'd hate to waste a good 4k tv on a crappy 4k player.

  2. Media center - Good interface for working with network drives (windows shares) connected to my router. Expandable storage is a plus.

  3. Skype Video - Being able to connect a good camera to it (and which one?) and have Skype Video calls work well with it.

The Shield TV can actually do all of that. I haven't tried video calls, but I know you can connect a USB camera and microphone.
