Looks like ES File Explorer. I think that bubble can be turned off in settings.
ES File Explorer... That goddamn POS, uninstall it ASAP if you value your privacy at all.
Go to Settings, Logger Floating Widget Settings (or something to that effect), and disable it. Can't remember exact name.
Uninstall ES File Explorer, it is a cancer . After what the devs have shown what they're willing to do to your device in the name of profit, I wouldn't be willing to trust them with anything more than a pair of kids safety scissors.
