ZetaTorrent can be installed directly from the store, has RSS support (haven't used it, BTW) https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.teeonsoft.ztorrent
Sideload tTorrent (ad free). RSS support, Auto refresh, auto download, web UI, Transdrone support, Start at Boot.
I have used this with ShowRSS feed and has worked perfectly for me
Personally flud should fit the bill. Probably will have to sideload it.
